Finding the Right Home

Having a good idea of what you are looking for is the best way to find the right home. It is wise to make a checklist of features you would like or need in a home, you may not find them all in one property but some will ultimately become more important than others. Get to know the area in which you think you would like to buy, talk to people who live in the area to get a feel for the neighbourhood.

Once I have your list of priorities I will make arrangements for you to view homes in your price range. As your agent I will make sure that you view all of the suitable homes listed on Bowen, not just the Re/Max Masters listings. While you are comparing various homes for sale it's a good idea to make notes about each house you're seriously considering so you can remember the details about a property.
